Generates abnormal results at the end

Dear,

I'm using nVenn software on Windows, but it's not producing the desired results. It looks correct halfway through, but when I hit "ESC" a second time, the graph quickly collapses together.

My input file is as follows: venn.txt

The end result is: result

Hi, The input you give is weird in two ways. First, it has a 9 at the first position. That position corresponds to the outside region of the Venn diagram. It should always be 0, and will not be rendered. Unfortunately, there is another issue with the relative sizes of the regions. Your combination seems to lead to a topology error early on. This should only happen in extreme cases. At this time, I am preparing the second version of nVenn. I have fed the file you gave me into this algorithm and got the attached diagram. If you need something different, you can respond to this thread and we can work something out. Best, Victor result

Dear Victor,

I recently had the same problem with two other data (I have ensured that the first row of numbers is 0). So could you please help me run nVenn with the new version? Thanks a lot!

The first seems to work, at least with the command-line interface:

(The image does not work on my browser, but it has the svg code)

The second produces abnormal results in one of the groups. Here is the result of nVenn2:
