597: Update mapstructure dependency to match viper.

mitchellh/mapstructure is no longer maintained and has been forked to go-viper/mapstructure. As such, viper.Unmarshal no longer supports mitchellh/mapstructure as the DecoderConfigOption argument.

Update the mapstructure dependency to use viper's version instead.

when will this PR be merged? we are using the latest viper version and the go build has stopped working because of mapstructure compatibility issue
