Base the status column of the VCH list on the status of the services running on the VCH

We should not show "null" or incomplete addresses (e.g., a host without a port).

We should not mark the status as "green tick" until we've confirmed the VCH is up and functional.

We should not mark the status as "green tick" until we've confirmed the VCH is up and functional.

It looks like we currently base this on the status of the container VM as reported by vSphere, not the status of the VCH. This isn't helpful for our users.

We should not fix this for 1.3.0.
