New home of Swift Development Environment for VS Code
Settings claim that toolchain path defaults to Xcode default toolchain  and `sourcekit-lsp` path defaults to the one from the toolchain path 
According to description, `sourcekit-lsp` is default:  But it isn't! `sourcekite` is default:
