Strenge responses when running /status

Hi @vitorsvieira thanks for the example to use. I git clone the project then cd into the dir then:

  1. sbt
  2. run
  3. go into new terminal window and run
  4. curl http://localhost:8000/api/v1/service1/status

I Getting this weird answer is there a step I'm missing? �V�M-.NLOU�R*N-*�LN�RH��N��())�M�,JN��*��S�Q(-(��JC�����BF~iQ�R-���v�+F%
