Revert removal of data_type argument for VitessceConfigDatasetFile

if users accidentally install the latest v3.0.5 they might see TypeError: VitessceConfigDatasetFile.__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'data_type' for hubmap notebooks which contain to_python code from v1.0.9
