What version of Go are you using (go version)?

go1.10 windows/amd64

What operating system and processor architecture are you using(go env)?

windows 10 amd64

What did you do?

• start LiteIDE
• open a new Go file
• press AltGr + 7 with german keyboard settings

What did you expect to see?

type opening curly braces like this: {

What did you see instead?

bookmarks sidebar is toggled (because of keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + 7)
