I had to face same type of problem with Turbo C++ for Windows 7 at my college laboratory. I wanted to check if the same problems persist on this newer version based for 8/8.1/10 , and yep it does. However, I checked with Turbo C++ IDE on Windows XP in the same lab on a Box ,and it worked pretty well.

Press Alt+space with the keyboard then several options will appear, over there select "Repaint Desktop" after that, our mouse will start working.
