it is not starting on windows 10

windows is giving error that it stopped and troubleshooter comes up closing the program please resolve this issue thanks sarthi

In windows 10 when I click on " Start Turbo C++ " it shows an ERROR " The system cannot find the file specified " please help me to resolve this issue
