Deeper feedBase integration

It looks like feedBase https://github.com/scripting/feedBase is doing a lot with OPML that might be interesting to Feed Compass. See if there is something we can do to more fully leverage feedBase capabilities.

One idea is that feedBase could produce other custom OPML files. For example, a “suggestion” OPML. If you had uploaded to feedBase that would be based your uploaded feed’s relationships to other uploaded feeds. You would also want to take last post date into consideration.

A possible feedBase enhancement that I don’t think it currently has is “feed ownership”. I don’t think there is currently a relationship between a user and feed that denotes this. This could create other useful “suggestion” OPML files.

There should be an option to upload to feedBase in the File menu.
