Upgrade dependencies of package and apps

The dependencies were getting old. Also updated some tweet ids that were are for the test apps and added a fixed Node.js version

TODO: Upgrade the Node.js version in the Vercel projects to make the deployments work.

TODO: The CRA test app doesn't work anymore, maybe replace it with Astro considering it's no longer receiving updates.
