Chapter 15: Adding Where to Place middleware.ts

I think it will be beneficial to add some notes regarding where to place middleware according to their project structure, using src or just app just in case a person learning about this course but decided to stict with src learning firsthand from this course, I do not know about this, and luckily, a stackoverflow answer mention about this
