[Feature] Adding battery level to CAN command

Will it be possible to add the battery level in the Status commands ?

Perhaps in the "CAN_PACKET_STATUS_5" which already have "Voltage In" ?

The purpose of this it's to improve rESCue battery level management by avoiding configuring min/max voltage in the firmware and removed the range calcul method (since it's already in VESC Tool if condigured properly).
