Extract Pattern Matching functionality to a separate artifact

Java's switch-case is becoming more and more powerful, which makes Vavr's Pattern Matching more and more redundant. This functionality works and is battle-tested, so there's no point in killing it, but let's isolate it to a separate artifact

This will need to be completed by someone with organization access, so I will save this for myself
