No error message returned when failed to transfer a variable
From r to sos, perhaps also from other kernels. A warning should be given if a variable fails to transfer.
A better behavior would be a warning message and variable not transferred.
BTW, factor could be supported.
The problem was caused by the lack of feather in R, but an error should be produced in this case.
