Dowloading Speed is Slow

While downloading the videos from private channel is slow , the uploading speed is fine like reaching 32MiB/s but the downloading speed is slow only 3.2MiB/s. What change i need to do in the code, or need to upgrade to telegram premium . you can gmail mail me solution at dsfr66835@g....
