Does this let you associate internal notes to email conversation chains?

This looks handy if it would allow for server persistent notes that allows for internal notes relating to an email chain. Just wondering if that's a feature that this plugin does. If not yet then this ticket would be a feature request for one, as it would help with remembering the context of the note.
