Issue after the monitor turns back on

I have a problem where after the monitors are turned off (after 30 minutes of inactivity) and back on, the task bar size goes bad. The applications slide under the task bar. This is resolved after I restart Windows Explorer. Is this an individual problem or has it happened to others? Vy8TwWI7Wn
