Upgrading dependency from Spring Boot 3 to 4

Vaadin Flow has been upgraded to Spring Boot 4 snapshot.

Using Spring Boot 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT was rolled back because of dev environment instability, though the upgrade was quite smooth.

The plan is to wait until 4.0.0-M1 version that is planned on the second half of July 2025.
