Wider Vaadin 7 component and API support in the Modernization Toolkit

Add a chunk of Vaadin 7 components and their APIs to the Modernization Toolkit. The chunk will include single-value and multi-value components, abstractions from their Vaadin 7 inheritance hierarchies, and data binding. Objective is to reach 70% coverage for typical Vaadin 7 applications migrating to Flow

Package includes

• Over 50 classes related to the com.vaadin.data package including FieldGroup, Container, Item, Property, BeanItem, BeanItemContainer, PropertySetItem, and the collection of Vaadin 7 Converters and Validators
• Single-value components TextField, TextArea, CheckBox, CustomField and DateField
• Multi-value components ComboBox and Table
• Miscellaneous non-value component classes like Page, MenuBar, ReflectTools, FontAwesome, and UserError

Following the release plans of platform Beta: 26th Feb RC: 2 weeks after Beta GA: 19th March
