Generate TestBench POM

We should avoid hard-coding component dependencies as much as possible. Replace the hard-coded components with an automatically generated one. New metadata can be added to versions.json to make this happen.

  • template-vaadin-spring-bom.xml
  • template-vaadin-bom.xml
  • vaadin-testbench/pom.xml
