Description

Be able to recieve notifications on things happening to work items within an app that are relevant to you. You could read notifications 1) within the app in a notification center 2) Get them as email 3) Get the as push notifications to your mobile phone.

Use cases

As a user role (e.g. developer) I want to do action (e.g. be notified about closing browser)
So that I can expected results (e.g. free resources immediately)
