Clearer preference item name

How about changing the item name in preference page from just "NIP-05" to something like "NIP-05 address" or "NIP-05 identifier", to clearly show what is to be entered? https://github.com/v0l/snort/blob/1a09d13e4b47d45938663d2346e9f417b63825de/packages/app/src/Pages/settings/messages.ts#L57

We can add developer comments so translators can have better context, or do you think it still needs more text?

It is not a translation issue but rather the original text. If you are familiar with Nostr, you will know what to type just by looking at "NIP-05", but if you are just starting to use it, I think it is not the case.
