Lock ALL tools versions per a commit. CubeMX framework, PlatformIO and its build tools & libraries versions (use templates, variables and cache). Every build is dependent on: - PlatformIO - PlatformIO packages - CubeMX - CubeMX packages - PySide2 - Python - Win/Mac/UNIX - etc. ?
