feature requests - more manageability to resellers

cyberpanel should offer a tons of new features for resellers and business-critical needs. as such.

• allow server admin to edit default home page nd skeleton for new installation, this way, we can create a skeleton that would be used to setup our client websites
• e-mail quotas: allow each website owner decide a predefined e-mail quota per email user, or for all of them at once
• mass actions for change password email, suspend email, change e-mail prefix / rename e-mail account without data lost
• allow server admin to assign non-overselled quotas for reseller websites, e.g reseller can sell up to 100GB of disk space, after this, it cant sell nomore, must upgrade.
• allow server admin to customize 404, mimetypes and suspension / wellcome pages
• allow website owners to lock ssh access, allowing just sftp
• allow server admin to assign one website to more than 1 user
• during installation let user decide if it want to use litespeed or, openlitespeed or apache.
• autoconfig and autodiscover DNS creation and auto setup.

I know these are very dificult goals to reach, but it would be awesome putting in v3.0

I do like the ideas, but i think 3.0 isn't the first version to get these changes.

V3.0 should get a theme change, and then a later version could get these changes, if someone has the time to create such features them self, it would go faster :)
