Progress bar running in rascal-maven-plugin often leaves cursor hidden after `mvn` terminates.

Describe the bug

1. Run mvn compile to activate a Rascal compile and tutor run
2. Wait
3. Cursor is gone
4. type reset in the terminal to make it re-appear

This shouldn't happen and it might be an effect of buffering on the outputstream, where the buffer is not flushed when the mvn process exits?
