TODO: give `lib` scheme versions and group id's

1. This would eliminate possible ambiguity at run-time between different jars of different versions of the same library
2. It would also make use of the lib scheme less attractive for referring to specific files (due to the duplication of information and dependency on specific versions).
3. Other solutions have to be introduced for 2; at least this will clear up confusion
