Convert into PWA
Describe the change you'd like: Hey there! Just found out about the site from Dark-WhatsApp, and I really like the idea!
If possible, I'd like to see an option to install the website as a PWA, that way it would be easier to handle shortcut creation without having to go on a single computer basis, plus the possibility of using it to install UserStyles to Stylus-compatible mobile browsers like Firefox.
Additional context: As far as features, I believe aside from shortcut creation, it would be nice for the website to behave similarly to Wallpaper Hub or AppScope and implement an optional notification channel for changelogs and announcements, given that UserCSS doesn't allow links on the modified websites.
I mostly have experience with WordPress, but let me know if there's any way I can help!
Kudos
First of all, thanks for using DWA and for taking an interest in this project!
I was actually looking into PWA last night, but for slightly different reasons — caching images. It's not a huge problem right now, but as more userstyles are added it will likely slow down the website quite a bit. Here's a lighthouse report for reference.

I'm not familiar with either website that you've linked to. Are you suggesting per userstyle notifications/changelogs, or for the USW itself? The latter is in the works, but the former could be too tedious to maintain.

All of the pages are statically generated by Hugo. If you find a bug or you want to implement something mentioned in the Roadmap issue, feel free to do so and send a PR. 😄

I was thinking perhaps a mix of both, kind of like a roundup of the installed userstyles (for example, if in the last week 5 different userstyles were updated with their respective changelog, a weekly notification could be spawned stating "Hey, several of your watched styles just got updated! Check them out in the #announcements channel!") That way users wouldn't receive a ton of notification for what would be probably minor changes, and on the developer side of the equation most maintenance would be reduced to a flag stating if an important breakthrough actually occurred.

Excellent! I'll go take a look at Hugo's documentation and see what I can do!
Kudos!
"Hey, several of your watched styles just got updated..."
This could be very convenient, but the problem with it is that most userstyle creators don't provide a changelog. I've seen some userstyles that don't even have meaningful commit messages, which is kinda unfortunate.
However, I think that a weekly "news post" could highlight added/removed userstyles, and maybe even updated userstyles. This might also be great as RSS feed as well!

Let me know how it goes. Personally, the docs are driving me a little bit crazy. 😅
