Delay setting no longer has any effect with recent IDE update

Since one of the more recent VSCode/VSCodium updates, Error Lens no longer respects any delay settings. My current version is 1.87.2

No matter if old or debounce, the delay setting has no effect whatsoever anymore.

Even when I select On Save, the issues are updated while typing into the document and with every keystroke I make.
