Hey all 👋 Sending along the Android version of an iOS app that's already on here - see scribe-ios.yml. The Scribe community is a Wikimedia project for new developers. We're very welcoming and have loads of good first issues now for people who want to learn Kotlin and Android development 😊

Please note that the project I'm submitting is in active development towards an MVP from Figma designs. As of now we have two maintainers working on it fairly consistently, with a few other regular contributors and other community members supporting. Totally fine if you all would prefer that I resubmit this at a time when it's actually been released!
