uno-check --skip, --tfm, --ide missing available options list

uno-check --skip --help or even uno-check --skip --list the output is only underlining the --skip and telling about missing argument instead of listing the available ones

applies also to:

• --tfm
• --ide

Thanks for the report. There's indeed no option to list available skips at this time.

@Takoooooo if the currently dev release from #386 is released to stable, best case #362 would get adjusted to match the updates and hopefully someone with en localization would help on the images added there, I am not completly sure, but maybe this here can then get closed. But should only be done if thats gone to non prerelease version to not confuse the consumers
