[WebRTC] Cannot deploy

The app gets stuck on the splashscreen, might be related to other similar issues with sample getting stuck on the splashscreen on WASM. It's important to note that despite putting breakpoints in the code in program.cs and app.xaml.cs, I hit none (but that might be a problem with VS)
