[Gallery-4X and 5X][All Platforms]-Neumorphic style and Toggleswitch control- Switch Knob positon for 'ON' toggleswitch is incorrect.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Launch the Uno.Gallery app for 4X.
2. Click on “ShadowContainer” from the "Toolkit" list.
3. Go to Neumorphic section.
4. Choose 'toggleswitch option from the combo list.
5. Notice that for 'ON' postion the switch knob is in 'OFF' position is displaying.
6. Notice that the Name of all 'Toggleswitch' are missing or the option disabled is missing for Disabled toggleswitch button.

There is no enabled ToggleSwitch with IsOn set to True:
