Improve Vaadin demo

As discussed in #67 , there are currently some issues that need to be fixed and things to improve in order to have a neat Vaadin demo:

  • [ ] dynamic conversion; at the moment, conversions happen through the "Convert" button
  • [ ] on Unit of Measurement change, From and To are emptied out, resulting to NPE when the user clicks "Convert". That is, a proper error message should be displayed here
  • [ ] Implement spritrechner in Vaadin demo
  • [ ] Fill README.md with content about the demo
