Adds RSS feed

Having an RSS feed for a blog that isn't updated super frequently is very handy, as one can be notified when a new article comes out.

Note that there is a slight hack with using the marked library to transform feed items, this is based on recommendations from the issue on this: https://github.com/gridsome/gridsome/issues/514#issuecomment-510481670l

Please merge this. It's ridiculous to not have an rss feed for a blog!

In the meantime I used some random web scraper tool: http://fetchrss.com/rss/5eb533528a93f8d7638b45675eb533288a93f80d628b4567.atom

No idea how well it will work, but it's a workaround...
