Boot script installation guide for UDR

Hello,

Since UDR is live I'd like to request an update of README for on-boot-script. As it's currently mentioned in the guide - UDR doesn't have podman pre-installed and It will be nice to have a guide on how to install it. As I know it might be tricky due to the Debian version installed used for UnifiOS on UDR

I don't have a UDR to test, but have you looked at #372 and seen if you can get podman installed that way?

Probably need a custom compiled version of Podman, I don't have a UDR to work this on, but I am sure something could be done. Wanna let me SSH to your router? :)
