LDML45 Acknowledgements List

Our LDML45 release needs to have an acknowledgements section.

The request said something like:

Could you supply a list of the contributors for your respective teams? Just names are fine for now. For the release page it would be nice to have it sometime early next week.

For the 45 release we'll want a smaller list of names of people who made the most significant contributions and a short phrase describing their main contribution

We should maintain these lists appropriately going forwards. I will create a PR referencing this issue with proposed text for the latter.

Our contributors list seems like a good start.

If your name does not appear on the list below and you contributed to MF2 (perhaps on telecons or in issues or otherwise), please add a comment saying what your contribution was.

If you want your name to appear differently, please say so in a comment. If you do not wish to be listed, please say so in a comment or inform me privately.

BTW, people can also supply their name in their native script, in addition to Latin. Example:

@macchiati Agreed. In this case, the ack-list names were originated from the user's github account.
