DECKLINK for Windows

urgh, it seems that we cannot build the DECKLINK plugins for Windows, as there is no library to link against (and no .ild file...)

hmm, it seems we actually can build the plugin for Windows (as there are wrapper C-files created from the .ild).

i'm not sure what ths bug -report is about...
