anonymous_edit_url : add param for lang and/or http(s)

Hello, currently, anonymous_edit_url reply with the url in english and in http (or is using the protocol seeeing by the webserver) I'm using sed to switch it to fr and https i suggest to add an arg for the lang and/or the protocol (for server with a different https endpoint)
