Using an orderable element will make the browser cursor crash

To reproduce:

• open a map with more than one layer
• put the cursor on the drag handle, observe the "move" cursor
• drag the layer
• observe that the cursor is the default whatever object is hovered, even on an other website (same from Firefox and ChromX)
