Please, log the IP addresses of the creators of anonymous maps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. People can lose the edition URL of their anonymously-created map. Our support team checks Nginx logs to check if the IP address of the person who ask for the edition URL is the one who created the map but we can’t always found that IP address

Describe the solution you'd like We can have the IP address of the map creator in the database or outputted in processus log.

Describe alternatives you've considered We could disallow anonymous map creation, but it would be a pity to do it.

Additional context Due to GDPR, we should have a command to remove IP addresses for maps created more than configurable delay. A command or something directly done by umap, no preference.
