How can I change the name of the two default properties "name" and "description" ?

I found myself unable to change the name of these two properties, and I would like to, because I would like to be able to change the order of the properties in the properties table. Among other reasons, the description property can be quite long when informations are completed in it, and it makes the navigation in the board quite difficult. Another way around would be the option to hide a property in the board, like Excel sheets can hide columns.
