Add a menu behind the zoom icon

Describe the bug With the UI refactor, the "save the zoom" icon could be improve because user keep saving a zoom based on their screen size and centering the map on the left because the edition panel is on the left.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior How about when a user clicks on the centering icon we display the centering option that are available under advanced configuration, user interface options In a lot of cases fit all data might be a better options once the user has entered a few data points.
