[Feature Request] Map viewers - allow view only for a group of users (readonly)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. At the moment there is no good way to restrict viewing map for a group of users other than giving them editor permissions, such feature would be really handy

Describe the solution you'd like New group "Map viewers" (like Maps editors), and new option in "who can view" - Map viewers and editors Users in "Map viewers" wouldn't have any other permissions than viewing map

Describe alternatives you've considered There is really no good way to do this right now - other than setting "who can edit" to editors, and "who can view" to anyone with link - but that is not a secure enough
