JEST tests for ui5-tooling-transpile

This PR is adding jest based unit tests to the ui5-tooling-transpile module to decrease the likelihood of future regressions.

@petermuessig so far, the PR only contains very simple tests but I wanted to check with you first if you have any objections against introducing jest based unit tests for the ui5-tooling-transpile module.
