Open gliptak opened this issue 8 years ago • 7 comments

I'm opening this issue because:

  • [ ] I'll report a bug
  • [x] I'll propose a new feature

Description

Could keyboard shortcuts be added to move tabs (left/right/first/last position)? Thanks

System configuration

  • Operating system: Windows
  • Firefox version: 56.02
  • Vim-Vixen version: 0.3

I support this request. I just switched from chromium+cvim to firefox+vixen and the one single thing I miss is the ability to move tabs to left/right.

this feature and the 'switch between 2 most recent tabs' (shift-6 on vimium) would be wonderful additions to vim-vixen

@jetsabel, you already can switch between two most recent tabs using Ctrl+6 (or change the keys to Shift+6), see #335

In vimium, the keys to move a tab forward / backward are simply <<, >>. I'd use these all the time.

I have come over from Saka Keys and this is still the main missing feature for me. Any chance this could be implemented eventually?
