The value of the security_group argument in ucloud_instance is a security group id while the list is expected.

Remark or description is not supported by ucloud_security_group in rules section.

We always set a description for each rule as for a beteer readability.

ucloud_udpn_connection create a udpn instance without connect the vpc and there's no another resource avalialbe for udpn vpc connection.
