Change "More info" lead to check for blog posts

Thanks to @MDZHX in #213, we now have a list on each team member's page of the blog posts that they've written!

However, we now need to update our check for the "More Info" lead in in team.html to also include whether or not the user has written a blog post. I think this is blocked by #242!
