Make list pickers 'more Umbraco like' by using dialogue service

Instead of the two lists appearing next to each other (the selectable items and the selected items), the default view should be just the selected items (from here they can be sorted or removed). To add new items, the selectable items would be presented via the dialogue service in the panel that swoops in from the right.
