maxresdefault.jpg not always available

Hi, the maxresdefault.jpg is not always available, for example only for HD videos. I get an error when is missing.

I added a quickfix which loads the next lower resolution, if the maxresdefault is not available. Its just a workaround but I can share if that helps.
